Jesus came down from a UFO?

Hello family! How's life for everyone? So this week flew by, but at the same time not too much happened. We were able to set two baptismal dates and have a baptism this Saturday so that is awesome. We did get dropped by an investigator who we had a really great lesson with last week.  It caught us off guard. We teach this really old lady who is about 85.  When we first started teaching her, she seemed a bit crazy and thought Jesus came down from a UFO.  But lately, she has been believing some of our teachings and loves us. It was her birthday a couple days ago and she doesn't like sweets, so we made her some biscuits. It was cool to see her so happy. She is the most interesting person that I've taught. Her name is Iris, but she told us to call her Old Granny and that we are her adopted grandkids.

We have been having some really good success in some areas, but there have been a couple of different people that have just stopped progressing, or dropped us, or just random stuff. We did find out that one of our new investigators, who has a husband who is a member, is thinking about splitting up, so we figured she wouldn't be too interested anymore. But, we got a call from one of her member friends and she is more excited than before, so we are teaching her this week.

Not much else has been going on though. Life has been chill and still enjoying the area and my companion. Happy Birthday to Grandma Womack this week!

Love ya' guys and hope all is well!

ps - Thank you so much for the package! That was awesome to get! I loved the ties and thanks for the healthy snacks. I actually bought that exact same popcorn and used to buy those kashi bars but they are a bit pricey for my budget. You are the best!!!!
