Another Transfer in Payette

All right, so here we go. This week went really well and super fast it seemed like. We had some really great teaching appointments and a couple people that will hopefully have baptismal dates by the end of the week. This week we played softball again with a different ward and it was really fun, except I slid into 2nd and scraped up my knee pretty good. It looked infected, so I put some peroxide and alcohol and neosporin on it and it's looking and feeling so much better now. The first night it hurt to sleep on.

We had transfer calls this week and we are both staying so that was really good news.  We also got a new AP and it was a guy that came out the same time as me, the first time, that I played ball with everyday in the MTC.  So that was kind of weird, but I guessed that he would be, so that was cool.

On Saturday, we had a baptism for Sis. Boren and it went great. She was an ex-member so it was great to re-baptize her.  Her husband and son are taking the lessons and are getting really close to be being baptized. They are a way cool family. I had the privilege yesterday to confirm her a member and to give her the Holy Ghost.  It was a wonderful experience.

No big plans for pday today since it's transfer day and everyone else in the world is enjoying their day off, so it will be laid back day for us. That's pretty much all that happened this week. Another six weeks with the same companion in Payette. I'm excited!

Love,
Elder Larsen
