Alma 7:11-12

Well this week was really great. I made a pizza at the local restaurant and that was pretty fun. It's beginning to become short sleeve weather which I'm loving, but it's weird because I've never rocked the short sleeve church shirt really.

I got the GPS and thanks a lot!  I found out that I have to do the recitation tomorrow for zone conference, which means I have to memorize Alma 7:11-12. Not looking forward to that. I saw a sign on a catholic church that said, "Seven days without God makes one weak."  It was kind of funny, but true. We were planning on going to Boise for pday because there was a missionary basketball tourney, but Saturday morning the AP's texted and said we weren't allowed to because it was too many miles.  That was even though we were splitting it up between 3 cars. It's pretty gay and didn't make my weekend.

We had an amazing week teaching, but still no more baptism dates. People around here really don't like change, so it's a long slow process with a lot of them. We went to a Chinese buffet and when we got in we found out it was $14 and I wasn't going to pay that much, but the other three missionaries were, so I just sat there. The waitress kept trying to get me to do it, but I held strong. After 10 minutes or so, she said I could just do it for free and that I needed to eat. Nothing like a free meal!

I finally went to the store and bought some church pants. They were around $30, so if you could put that back in my Wells  Fargo account when you get the chance, that would be great. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Mom and Cascia this week. If I could get a list of everyone's birthdays, that would be very helpful.

For Easter, it was a very low key day since everyone was either gone or had family. We spent most of the afternoon with two other elders at the Prewitt's house (the ones that sent the pictures and are related to the Bronsons). It was nice and really fun and relaxing. It was a great Easter.

That's about it. Nothing else too exciting, but everything is moving along. I'm enjoying my time out here a lot and I have my first zone conference tomorrow.  We will see how that goes.

Love all you guys and Dad will be in my prayers!
