A Thought from Confucius

This past week was pretty good. Not too much happened but we were really busy with the usual what not. We started off on fire, but we had a couple different meetings towards the end, so it slowed down a lot. We had nine lessons in one day! Too bad it can't always be like that!  We had two really good baptisms this past week on the same night, different wards. We still have two more that should come before the end of next transfer which is in three weeks. We had our zone conference on Friday and it was a really great meeting. At first I really didn't want to go because it's an eight hour meeting, but at the end of it, I got spirit-bombed and it was just a great experience! They talked a lot about companion unity as well, so I talked with my companion and we had a really good conversation. Things are chill. It's still tough teaching with him, but three more weeks is nothing and I really enjoy being with him most the time.

I got Taylor's wedding announcement this past week. That was so weird to get, but it should be good...I still do request a tie from each of the weddings for a peace agreement.

That's pretty much what happened this past week. Not too much excitement. For the 4th we don't really teach lessons, so we will go to the Stake Pancake Breakfast and go see members and hopefully do some fireworks. But that is about it. It's kind of a second pday because all our set appointments for Wednesday changed to another day and we aren't supposed to go to contact or set any appointments up.

Glad everyone is doing well and also it is super hot here and riding a bike is no fun!  My waist is getting bigger and two of my non-stretchy pants are getting tough to fit into :) I don't look like i'm getting heavier and I'm the same weight, but the pants never lie I guess.

Love you all and the church is true!
