Last week of the transfer. This weekend will be transfer
calls, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
We had another great week this week. We did a lot of service like usual. We helped three people move, dug out some of Patrick's fence posts, and picked fruit for a handicapped dude. It was all pretty chill though.
So we had a really good lesson with Debbie and Ross, but then Ross (ex'ed member) totally didn't set up the next appointment for the next 3 weeks. He said they were too "busy." He is a buzz-kill.
Patrick is doing so awesome. I love that guy so much. He is just so solid and I always joke around with him when I'm over there. He even flipped me off a couple times during our last lesson. Mom I know you probably don't think that's funny, but the way that he did it was just funny. I'm going to buy him a quad cause he mentioned to us that he wanted one. When I told him how much it was, he said he would just stick with his free Book of Mormon. He doesn't have an abundance of money.
Sarah is still doing good. She just needs to quit smoking. It's a tough thing to get over. Cierra passed her baptismal interview and so she is a go for Saturday. Robby has been dodging us which is really sad because I was really excited about him and the progress that he had made. His busy life just got in the way. Maybe someday it will happen. Chaneil's baptism went great. No hiccups. Also the Smiths, that moved to Boise, also got baptized, so that was awesome to hear. But only one of them is in our area.
One morning this week, I went with another missionary and played ball with some members. I got up at 5:10 a.m. to be there by 5:30 a.m. It made for a rough rest of the day. It was just too early. I talked in yesterday in one of our wards on the Book of Mormon. Easy enough topic and I think it went well. Well, that's about it for here. Pray that transfer calls go well. Love you all!
