So, I guess I will start off with the bad stuff. We got
transfer calls this weekend and I am staying with Elder Epperson. I also got my
two best wards taken from me because they split our area. Seriously, everything
that I prayed wouldn't happen, happened and it was so frustrating. This new
president. I question if he knows what he is doing. I tried to have a good
attitude about getting a new president and the mission splitting, but I just
can't stand it anymore. I'm just so tired of mission politics. I also just
found out that I was supposed to be getting a good friend of mine, but they
changed the transfer call because my stupid companion has problems flirting
with girls in the mission. He has been getting on Facebook and talking to some
girls during email time. He used to text this one girl in his past area all the
time. I heard about this when I got him and I won't let him talk to her on the
phone, so the President wanted to keep us together since I was keeping him in
line. I love how I got punished because of stupid missionaries. So awesome!
I'm just counting down the days right now. This weekend I had never been
so mad. I've just been praying and thinking a lot.
Now on to the actual week. So we went to the FHC with Patrick this week to help him on his genealogy and I also learned how to do indexing. It was a tough week work wise as well with just a lot of cancellations which is also getting old. Our baptism went great though. They were both super good and really spiritual. They did help me with my frustration because I realized that I still had a reason to be here no matter what happens.
Patrick really enjoyed the quad that I got for him and he brought it to church on Sunday. Also, Sarah hasn't quit smoking yet, but she did go and bear her testimony during church and it was really strong. I was shocked and it was just so cool seeing an investigator bear their testimony in front of so many. Well, that's pretty much it. Twelve more weeks! Ups and downs, but still loving everything for the most part.
Love you all,
One love.
